1. Service Description

Imagation is an AI-powered web application that enables users to create custom images by inputting text prompts. Our service includes image generation, comprehensive editing tools, and multi-format export capabilities optimized for both print and digital use.

2. Subscription Plans & Credit System

Subscription Tiers

  • Free Tier: Limited credits upon signup (3 credits), watermarked outputs
  • Starter Tier: 20 credits per month
  • Creator Tier: 100 credits per month
  • Pro Tier: 300 credits per month

Credit Refresh Policy

For paid subscriptions, credits refresh monthly on your subscription anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Annual subscribers receive monthly credit allocations despite yearly billing.

Plan Changes

When upgrading or downgrading plans, you retain the higher of your current credit balance or the new plan's full allocation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology
  • Respect intellectual property rights when uploading logos or assets

4. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all original content you upload (logos, assets) and generated images created through our service. You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes.

Watermarks

Free tier users receive watermarked outputs. Paid subscribers receive watermark-free images for unrestricted use.

Service Improvement

We may use anonymized usage data and prompts to improve our AI models and service quality, but will not share your specific content without permission.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy for unused subscription periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Service Availability & Limitations

  • Service depends on third-party AI image generation APIs
  • We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Image generation quality may vary based on prompt complexity
  • Export formats include PNG, JPEG, PDF, and vector files
  • Mobile optimization provided, but full features available on desktop

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Generate content that violates copyright or trademark rights
  • Create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt our service infrastructure
  • Share account credentials or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the service for illegal activities or spam

8. Limitation of Liability

Imagation provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the service but may download your generated content for a limited period.
